About me
Emma Conway MSW, LICSW
You’re so brave for taking this first step in finding support, connection and healing. I work with adolescents, adults and families experiencing a wide range of presenting issues, but am particularly drawn to holding space for those working through life transitions, relational/emotional trauma, issues of identity and family dynamics. I work from an attachment-based, anti-oppressive, trauma informed lens, while incorporating play, humor and connection any chance I get.
My role as a therapist is to accompany individuals on their journey of coping, integrating, building capacity and healing. I have a firm belief that this healing happens through safe, supportive relationships and I carry this into my practice.
In therapy with me you can expect a nonjudgemental space, a stance of curiosity, an open-minded presence, playfulness and a holistic approach to healing.
When I am not in the therapy space I enjoy spending time with my spouse and twin daughters. I enjoy hikes around the twin cities, time at the cabin, coffee dates (hello lattes *heart eyes*) and time with friends.
